Outliner is a remarkable tool that gently outlines the treated area, creating a softly brushed edge. It’s the canvas into which your camouflage will be painted. It can be used for both PMU and Inkless Camouflage.

It’s a wonderful addition to camouflage products. Outliner tool was designed as a ‘’pre-treatment’’ manual tool for both PMU and Inkless Camouflage. It was developed to help our students and artists perform camouflage treatments with precision.
